ICA Bank and Tieto
Tieto has signed a three-year agreement with ICA Banken. The agreement entails Tieto assuming total responsibility for systems, operations and management of ICA Banken’s new financial product Corporate Loans by ICA.
Varma and Tieto
Tieto is implementing a new pension payment system for two large Finnish pension providers, Keva and Varma. The deal is a three-year renewal project that creates a platform for automated and modern payments.
”The pension insurance sector is heavily integrated, and in nearly all cases a person only receives a single pension decision. This sets special requirements for the operation of pension systems, for example in regard to what order data is transferred in and how data is collected. For us, the most crucial information is the information provided by systems running in the background,” says Director Stefan Strandberg from Veritas’ insurance and IT services.
“The idea to create a mobile application for entrepreneurs stemmed from the prevalence of mobile phones as well as customer feedback. With the frequently requested insurance certificates available through the application at any hour of the day, the solution facilitates our work and that of business owners”, explains Riikka Nivus, Director of Insurance Services at Varma.
Automatia announced today the launch of Finland’s first real-time multi-banking platform for mobile payments, named Siirto. Tieto has designed and implemented the service. Siirto is an open payment platform which follows the new regulations set by EU’s Payment Service Directive (PSD2), paving the way for new innovations and payment solutions within the financial ecosystem.
With our new solutions we will further strengthen the banking part of FOREX Bank’s proposition in Sweden, as well as supporting our market-leading position in travel money in the Nordic region.
